The “Safe Sippy” is a lightweight, easy to handle, durable, and completely stainless steel sippy cup that is BPA, PVC and phthalate free. The newly designed cup features a no-leak straw-shaped spout made of silicone, a stainless steel body, and handles and ribbed sleeve to help little hands hold on to the cup. The thermoplastic rubber sleeve insulates both cold and hot drinks and prevents damage to the stainless steel if the cup is dropped (which it probably will!).

Cap and Spout:
Researchers at Safe Sippy have found that straw shaped spouts are better for developing mouths, so the newly designed Safe Sippy has a spout with a no-leak valve made of non-toxic silicone. Even when dropped, the value stays put. When children suck on the spout, liquid flows… when they don’t, it doesn’t. The rest of the cap is non-toxic polypropylene plastic.
Thermoplastic Rubber Sleeve:
This sleeve not only provides insulation for cold liquids, it also helps protect the cup (and your floor!) from dents. Can be washed with sleeve, but to remove sleeve: wet the cup and sleeve, and then gently slide the sleeve off. Clean the inside of the sleeve and the cup and then thoroughly dry them before replacing the sleeve. To replace sleeve, turn the sleeve inside out and place the bottom of the sleeve up against the bottom of the stainless steel cup. Push up on the sleeve and the roll it back onto the cup by turning it right side out.
Removable Handles:
The handles help little hands hold this cup. Once your child is old enough to hold the entire cup, the handles are removable. The handles and sleeve are made with a bumpy texture to help hands hang onto the cup.
